GIVING YOUR CHILDREN THE GIFT OF MUSIC
IS A GIFT THAT LASTS A LIFETIME!

HALO CHOIR & RAINBOW BELLS            Age 4 – 1^st Grade

Designed to be a fun and exciting introduction to music and singing as a group.  Practice begins with a wonderful program of color-coded bells, which allows children of this age to make beautiful music.  If a child can tell colors then they can enjoy the Rainbow Bells!  This group will then sing familiar songs of faith and also learn new songs which will help develop a child’s love of music.

 Location:  Children’s Library, Education Wing Room 256

HALO CHOIR will usually sing on the 2^nd Sunday of the month, alternating between the 9:30 & 11:00 hour.

JUNIOR JOYS                                          2^nd -6^th Grade

With the ability to read comes a new opportunity to increase the range of music for a child.  This choir adds a new level of worship and faith while learning how to sing new songs.  This group provides a great opportunity for children to grow and develop.

Location:  POD area in the basement, preschool wing

JUNIOR JOYS will sing the 3^rd Sunday of the month, alternating between the 9:30 & 11:00 hour.

JUNIOR HAND CHIMES                  2nd Grade and older

Using the beautiful hand chimes, this group takes ringing to next level.  Learning the skills of reading music, following the director’s beat, and playing skill appropriate musical selections.  This choir learns how to treat the bells, to show proper care in their practice and playing, and how to develop musical appreciation.  This is a real learning asset for each child.

JUNIOR CHIMES will play as the prelude to the 11:00 service on the 3^rd Sunday of the month, unless otherwise announced.

SUNDAY MORNING:

Following (9:30 a.m.) Sunday School, children will be taken to their choir
practice rooms for 20 minutes of exciting praise and worship time!

CHILDREN’S CHOIR PRACTICE    10:50-11:00 am

Parents should pick up their children from their practice rooms.

Bring the family and be sure to stay for:

7:00 – 8:00 pm  “Circle of Friends”       Age 3 – 6^th Grade

There is nursery care for children age 2 and younger,

along with Youth and Adult Bible Studies.
